President Lisa Armstrong
Armstrong Construction Management Group, LLC. ;
With over 17 years of experience in construction management, Ms.
Armstrong has consistently engaged in planning, directing and
coordinating a wide variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial and industrial structures, roads, schools, hospitals and religious buildings, with many projects ranging in volume from $3 million to $120 million.
She has provided construction supervision including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing and invoicing. She has experience in full, on-site construction management and land development and in effectively scheduling, monitoring and inspecting all work from the start to the customer’s satisfaction.
Ms. Armstrong is the owner of Armstrong Construction Management Group and is also an adjunct professor of construction management at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s School of Engineering in Teaneck, New Jersey. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University in Texas, and a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Armstrong is eminently qualified to serve as a subject matter expert in the construction field, by virtue of her experience, commitment to the construction field, knowledge and understanding of emerging technology associated with the field.

• The VA Medical Center Addition in Newington CT;
• This project included blasting of rock to create a tunnel connected to the existing VA

• Fresh Flowers, art, singing, spending time with my family, traveling, inspiring others; creating ideas for movies; kung fu; playing basketball
