Major Project Responsibilities
- Assist the client in the preparation of preliminary project budget
- Facilitate project visioning sessions
- Assist owner in the selection of architectural resources
- Facilitate historical review and preparation of State & national reporting if required
- Interface with local bodies governing development and construction approvals
- Review architectural plans to ensure compliance with client’s vision and for value engineering
purposes - Identify special material suppliers and interface with vendors where required
- Assist owner in the selection of a General Contractor for the project
- Manage the project resources on a day a day to day basis
- Maintain and manage project plan
- Provide accountable executive project report to owner/representative on a regular basis
